2017 Sparkling Chardonnay

Our Sparkling Chardonnay is made in the "Methode Traditionalle" a process taking two years from hand pick to bottle. The base wine is initially fermented in stainless steel tanks then spends approximately 2 months in French oak. A further 12 months bottle fermentation develops the luscious bubbles leaving an indulgent wine to help celebrate any occasion.
