Sybil, the eldest of the sisters personified in the "Sister Series", holds a richly deserved position of respect.

A minimally oaked highly "smashable" wine.

Fresh lemon/lime zest on the nose, the palate exhibiting pear, white peach and nectarine. The mouthfeel is crisp, yet it has a creamy finish.
